When booking an appointment you will be asked for a credit/debit card to be kept on file. If you are booking a free appointment, no charge will be added to your card unless you do not show up to your appointment or cancel your appointment within 24 hours.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment a $30 cancelation fee will be applied to your card.
All Sunday appointments are paid private appointments with different bridal packages available (click "bridal" then "appointments" to see packages). Please email us to request one of these appointments. Bridal appointments on any other day are free. Non-bridal appointments on a Sunday will be accepted at the discretion of DI Bridal and an opening fee of $50 will be charged. The booking fee for Sundays is not refundable if canceled within 48 hours, but no additional cancelation fee will be charged.
Bridesmaids appointments are the only non-Sunday appointment we charge for. However, if your bridesmaids decide to purchase their dresses with us, the cost of the appointment will be used as store credit towards their dresses.
Saturday appointments occur during our open hours. This means we prioritize our appointments, but we do accept walk ins during open hours and we may be helping more than one customer at a time.
